/ KMI A 10-session series that uses soft-tissue manipulation and movement education to help ease chronic pain and stress while allowing the body to heal from pain, trauma or disuse.
Swedish Relaxation/Stress Reduction A combination of long strokes, kneading and friction on the superficial
muscle layers, combined with the active and passive movement of the joints.
Deep Tissue Slow strokes and deep finger pressure release chronic patterns of tension. Focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.
Sports Massage Sports massage focuses on the muscle systems relevant to a particular sport.
Pregnancy Massage Helps lessen the discomforts of pregnancy.
CranioSacral Therapy This gentle form of bodywork enhances the body's natural ability to heal. It is designed to improve central nervous system function. No oils or lotions are used and the client is free to remain fully clothed.
